How would you describe your role in the company?

As the founder, I’ve had the privilege of steering our product’s journey and assembling a passionate team. My role bridges the gap between strategic vision and practical execution, ensuring ideas translate into impactful outcomes. The insights I've gained over the years – from collaborating with brilliant colleagues and listening closely to our customers – have been invaluable in shaping solutions that truly resonate with our customers.

What’s unique about Charp in your eyes?

The team's relentless, somewhat naive, drive to make the perfect monitoring tool for conservation teams.

What’s your special talent that no one knows about?

I go all in when it comes to my passions. My father taught me a thing or two about woodworking, I have a love for basketball—almost went pro at 18 before deciding to focus on my studies—and lately, I’ve been perfecting bread baking, tweaking every detail to try to make the perfect bread.

How would you describe your role in the company?

I see myself as a craftsman, transforming market and client needs into tangible, clean, and functional solutions through code. I design solutions from abstract ideas and turn them into something valuable.

What’s unique about Charp in your eyes?

Making life stress-free, understanding and solving client needs, and building a supportive, collaborative environment makes every day inspiring— I get to work with truly awesome people.

What’s your special talent that no one knows about?

I can walk on my hands for a few seconds, origami.

How would you describe your role in the company?

I have many different tasks in the company. The one I love the most is helping curators find the best fitting system for the preventive conservation of their collections, bearing in mind all the specific issues involved.

I'm an archaeologist and I've taken part in quite a few archaeological projects in Egypt and Crete over the last 10 years. So, obviously, my passion for art and objects is strongly reflected in my work.

What’s unique about Charp in your eyes?

The fact that, apart from being a monitoring solution, it is above all the result of the involvement of a whole team of art enthusiasts. And this is deeply reflected in every aspect of the company.

What’s your special talent that no one knows about?

I'm surprisingly well-adapted to life in the desert, even though I'm a typical city woman.
